Chateau Gloria Saint Julien 2010
Château Gloria (Cru Bourgeois) in Saint Julien is a bit of a rarity in Bordeaux. The house does not have an official location in the 1855 classification as it did not exist at the time. It was not until 1942 that the land acquisitions began, which today form the basis for the house's beautiful 50 ha (planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot), where approx. 240,000 bottles of the house's 1st wine Château Gloria Cru Bourgeois and modest 48,000 bottles of the 2nd wine Château Peymartin, made from grapes from the youngest vines.
