Château Desmirail 3 Cru Margaux 2015
Chateau Desmirail is classified as a 3rd Grand Cru Classé castle and has been so since the 1855 classification.
The wine is a result of the exceptional soil that the Margaux appellation possesses, without it the wine would not achieve the balance between finesse and elegance that is not seen elsewhere.
For the main wine, Chateau uses a blend of 70% cabernet sauvignon, 29% merlot, 1% petit verdot.
The land is treated so that future generations of winemakers can use it as well.
Enormous care is taken in the care and cultivation of the land, as one would like to see the castle continue to produce beautiful wines in 200 years.
