Bodegas Valdivia specializes in creating different styles of Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva - brandy from Jerez in the highest quality.

For Pedro de Valdivia Platinum, The bodega has used very special brandy (wine distillates). They are the result of double distillation and ripen in barrels made from American and French oak, impregnated with old Oloroso sherry. Only specially developed wines are used in the production, which do not contain preservatives and which are produced by low temperature fermentation. After a double distillation in the traditional alambiks, particularly finely structured spirits are thus obtained.
