Elg Sloe Gin

ELK Sloe Gin For the production of sloe gin, 800 grams of sloe berries are used per. liters finished beating gin. The gooseberries are harvested after the frost has set in at the end of the year, after which they mature for 6 months together with Elg Gin No. 1, which is sweetened with Danish sugar. Then the juice is poured off and the berries are squeezed. THE PERFECT SERVING Elk Sloe Gin can be drunk clean (possibly with ice & an orange peel), with Fever-Tree Mediterranean & orange peel or in cocktails with Ginger Beer.
