It is a semi-sweet Madeira with a nice amber yellow color with a golden tinge and bouquet of oak and raisins. It is a well-balanced and complex Madeira with a good and long aftertaste. This Madeira is suitable for desserts, rich chocolate cakes, petit fours or a cup of coffee.
