Abbaye de Lerins Saint Solonius Pinot Noir Provence 2007
The Monastery of Lerins is located on the island of Saint Honorat, which is part of the Lerins archipelago, located in the Bay of Cannes. For sixteen centuries, this island has been dedicated to monastic life. It is currently home to a community of about 20 monks who, in addition to their life in prayer, are involved in the cultivation of vines and the production of high-quality wines whose fame goes beyond our borders. The vines grow on a rich clay soil, which is surrounded by forest of trees of different species. Eucalyptus trees and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. The monastery produce several different wines.
