The winery Laudun Chuslan has another that dates back to the beginning of the first millennium. The Camp Caesar vineyard, located on the ancient site of Laudun, arose when Caesar's legions had encamped to guard the Rhône area. Thus, the starting shot sounded for a long era of viticulture at this historic site. Since then, the tradition of viticulture has been carried on at Castle Le Clos Taman by the monk words Benedictines.

It consists of 200 wine growers who share their passion for the craft and experience shared across generations.

The winery has more than 3,000 hectares of land located on the right bank of the Rhône River, and her is an unusually large diversity of different terroirs. The area is interspersed with the many fine outlets from the river and the slopes are idyllic in the beautiful landscape. Here the geography is optimal for viticulture in the mild Mediterranean climate and wines are produced with an unsurpassed delicious freshness. Hers are grown several types of grapes dominated by the black grapes. Including Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Counoise. The white wines are also represented and grown, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Clairette Blanche, Roussanne.

Sustainability and ecology are of great importance to the winery, and it was not limited to how the soil and plants are grown.
