We pick the green leaves for the porsesnap in the beginning of spring and the branch with buds is picked in autumn / winter.

The snaps has a characteristic, full-bodied and strong taste of fresh porcupine, but still softly rounded with the natural taste of licorice root.

It is indispensable for the Danish lunch table.
