Payment
You can pay with Visa, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard and Maestro with us. We do not charge card fees. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
Delivery
We offer delivery with GLS to parcel shops, businesses (GLS) and distribution to private individuals. We also deliver to most of the world with Postnord.
Prices for delivery with GLS - Parcelshop in Denmark:
GLS Package Shop: DKK 100.
Prices for delivery with Postnord in Denmark:
Home delivery: DKK 100.
Business delivery: DKK 150.
The delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days after order received. However, special situations may arise with goods that have gone into backorder. You will be informed about this immediately, about what we can do in the matter – e.g. let you cancel the purchase, or help you find a similar item elsewhere.
There may also be longer delivery times during Christmas, eg. with holidays, such as Black Friday or other sales.
The price of shipping abroad varies from country to country.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item or take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by writing to us at info@evh.dk or calling us on 59 43 25 67.
In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
Return
You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Condition of the item upon return.
It is you as the customer who is liable for any deterioration of the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs. It is up to Eriksen Vinhandel to assess the condition of the item.
If you fail to pick up a package in the parcel shop and it is sent back to us, you must pay the actual costs that the shipping company imposes on us for the return shipment. If you want the package resent, you must pay a possible new delivery cost.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then. You can also cancel the purchase by giving a clear message and handing it in person to the above address against prior agreement.
We do not accept packages without distribution or packages sent by cash on delivery.
Right of complaint
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get it repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Security of personal data
We have ensured that your information both technically and organizationally:
- Accidentally or illegally being deleted
- To be published
- Getting lost
- Becomes degraded or distorted
- Becomes known by unauthorized persons
- Being abused
Processed in violation of the lawThe personal information is only stored on protected and secure servers within the EU. However, in practice we cannot protect your data with complete security if someone manages to bypass our security measures and gain access to the information. You thus submit your personal information at your own risk, but we have taken all security measures to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your information.
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@evh.dk
If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. To be able to complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110. and a maximum of DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
