Loacker Tasnim Sauvignon Blanc Trentino Alto Adige 2016
Since 1978, the Loacker family has been very strict in caring for and nurturing its vineyards according to all biodynamic and homeopathic principles. The family comes from South Tyrol in Italy, where the vineyards are specifically located in the Alto Adige wine region. According to Rainer Loacker, since he was a child, he has always been fascinated by nature, and therefore he has never been in any doubt that he would exclusively grow his grapes in complete harmony with nature. This means that neither synthetic or chemical methods are used in loacker vineyards at all to solve any problems. On the contrary, the vineyards are grown exclusively on biodynamic and homeopathic grounds. The Loacker family has great success in producing and delivering organic wines of incredibly good quality at home and abroad. Tasnim is mentioned in the Koran, and according to Islam, Tasnim is the name of a source in Paradise. This wine has been named Tasnim because when you drink this Tasnim Sauvignon Blanc, it is like being transported to Paradise. This wine is produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which are organically grown in the Loacker family vineyards in the Alto Adige wine region of South Tyrol, Italy. It is an incredibly nice white wine with bright yellow color and a delicate fruit scent with notes of tropical fruits, peach, apricot and flowers. Medium-bodied, fresh and extremely harmonious fruit flavours and a gentle and pleasant aftertaste.
