The careful selection of the grapes is followed by vinification with maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in combined vats of Horizon steel and wood, which lasts about 12-14 days. The wine matures for at least 2 years for 80% in French oak barrels and 20% in French oak barrique and during this period careful checks are carried out, up to the aging in the bottle lasting for 8-12 months.
Elegant and balanced brunello, characterized by a sweet, rich and complex scent of fruit jam. Wine of great structure that is well balanced by a good softness and final acidity. Extremely persistent and with excellent ageing potential.
