Cherry liqueur is a proud Danish tradition - but after relocating production abroad and a decline in quality in the 80s, production has almost disappeared. Now Frederiksdal takes up the tradition and introduces a modern quality liqueur based on Frederiksdal's own Stevnskirsebær.
Now Frederiksdal has refined it further. The alcohol now comes from distilled wine from berries from Frederiksdal's own cherry orchards - an expensive but fantastically tasty upgrade.
