Frederiksdal RED is a sparkling wine produced on Stevnskirsebær from Frederiksdal's own plantations. To add lightness and sweetness to the wine, pears from Lolland have been added. The result is a fresh, bubbly and deep red sparkling wine.
The wine contains 60% Stevnsk cherry and 40% pears.
The Stevnskirsebæret that we have at frederiksdal gud is real and extremely concentrated. It helps add intensity and weight to our sparkling wine.
