Grands Terroirs 2003 from Palmer & Co is a champagne beyond the ordinary. The year offered a small but superbly concentrated harvest. The cellar master has chosen a blend of 54% Pinot Noir from Grands Cru fields in Mailly and Verzenay and Premiers Cru fields in Rilly la Montagne, Ludes, Chigny les Roses, as well as 46% Chardonnay from Premiers Cru fields in Trépail and Villers Marmery. The wine has been left on the yeast remains for 12 years. 1703 bottles have been produced - all in magnum size.
