This cognac S.D.A. is an exceptional extra old Premier Cru de Cognac. An enlightened distiller, Elie Ferrand VIII walked his vineyards with his ever-present cane, following in the footsteps of his ancetors. We pay tribute to his legacy with this memoable cognac, which is sealed with an engraved stopper inspired by the pommel of Elie´s favorite cane; a talisman protecting the magic within.

During the decades that Ferrand Cognac matures in oak barrels it evaporates as the angels take their share of treasure within. With S.D.A. we choose from the oldest cognacs left in our barrels to create an exceptional Premier Cru de Cognac. For this reason, we have named it "Selection des Anges"
