This wine from Philippe Girard is made from 100% chardonnay sticks that are 40 years old. This wine gets 8-10 months of cask, where 1/3 is new. The wine is slightly golden in color as well as greenish touches. In the aroma you get citrus fruit, and a structured acid in the taste.
