Valinch & Mallet is a young Italian independent bottler that specializes in single cask bottles, bottled by cask strength and without chill filtration. Behind the company are two people, united by their shared passion for whiskey and rum, and the desire to make a career within their passion. Explanation of the name Valinch & Mallet:
Valinch; A tube to pull liquor out of the small hole in the barrel.
Mallet: A special type of hammer, often made of rubber and / or wood, which is used to hit the "stopper" of the barrel.
