This rum is from Haiti and is an agricole rum from Velier which is Italian bottler. This rum is a mixture of 4 different distilleries, where all the sugar cane is grown organically, as well as fermented with natural emerging make and distilled on pot stills or small columns. This rum specialty from Haiti "Clairin" very rarely leaves Haiti, or for that matter the municipality where they make it in bottle form, as the customers themselves come to the distillery with plastic cans and get them filled on the spot. Thanks to Luca Gargano and Velier, these amazing Clairin are now available to grab in Europe.
