This style of port acquires its characteristic "tawny" colour, complex mellow flavours and smooth silky palate as it slowly matures in seasoned oak casks. Concentrated almost to an essence by four decades og aging in wood, this rare and opulent 40 years old tawny is available in very limited quantities.
