Cocchi Bianc ´d Bianc Altalanga Brut 2016

Northern Italian sparkling wine from Piedmont by producer Giulio Cocchi. This sparkling wine is produced in a very limited quantity, and at the same time has a full 60 months of aging in the cellar. It has a 2nd second fermentation in the bottle using the "Methode traditionale" method, and made exclusively from the chardonnay grape. This edition is from 2016 and released in 2022.
