Paul Giraud Heritage
Premier Cru de Cognac – Grande Champagne
70 year old cognac from Paul Giraud, from the village of Boutevile which is located in the Grande Champagne district of Cognac. Through these 42 hectares of vines that the winery has, know-how has passed from generation to generation, from father to son. Today, it is the 5th generation that controls the course of the battle at Paul Giraud. This cognac is a collection of old Cognac at the back of Paul Giraud's cellar. This is the only Cognac he blends from different vintages. Heritage is a blend of the vintages 1945, 1946 and 1947.
