Nose: Huge depth and complexity of relationship between the wood and mature spirit notes.
Palate: As expected, excellent structure - green apples, a little strawberry and candyfloss sweetness
Finish: Fantastic length with orchard fruit flavours continue to develop as the finish fades slowly.
