Compagnie des Indes Latino is a rum blend consisting primarily of selected Central American rums. 60% of the rum comes from Guatemala, while the rest is made up of distillates from Trinidad and Barbados, as well as a bit from Guyana. All rooms are aged for a minimum of 5 years in bourbon casks, and before bottling, Latino has added 15 grams of organic cane sugar syrup per litre.
