Tradicion is the unique Jerez bodega to only bottle consistently henre-defining, very fully aged wines capable of pleasurable filling the senses. This sensual sweet wine result from selected, sun-dried white Pedro Ximenez (´PX´) grapes. It is aged in the traditional Solera system for decades in seasoned oak barrels, after which it becomes unctuous and velvety, with lovely balancing acidity.
