Aged in casks in our El Petro cellar under a floating layer of yeast known as the flor, using the traditional Solera System. This unique ageing process, in humid maritime conditionsof Sanlucar gives this wine a special flavour. Light straw in colour, with salty yeasty aroma, dry, crisp, delicate and smooth to taste.
