Aged in casks in our San Guillermo cellar, using the traditional Solera system, this wine was allowed to oxidise slowly over many years to attain its rich aroma. Oloroso means aromatic. This unique ageing process gives this Sherry, its characteristic dark amber colour, rich walnut aroma and deep, generous flavours. This is pure unsweetened Oloroso so dry to taste.
