Aged in cask in our San Agustin cellar, using the traditional Solera system, this wine is a dry Amontillado. The unique ageing process this Sherry it characteristic amber colour, nutty aromas of almond and hazelnuts, with notes of orange peel and spice. A dry, rich flavour with notesof dried fruits and a concentrated finish.
