Moscato brandy
Acquavite de Moscato is obtained by distilling the fragrant Moscato di Montalcino grapes with a discontinuous bain-marie still operating under vacuum. These hand-harvested grapes are softly pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures using selected yeasts. The special vacuum distillation, at a low temperature, then produces maximum aromatic elevation in a delicate balance that gives the product unique properties.
