Weingut Dönnhoff Blanc de Blanc
Brut Nature Nahe 2019
The grapes for this Blanc de Blanc are made from Pinot Blanc, which is harvested by hand and pressed very carefully via whole bunch pressing. The first fermentation was found in a double barrel and was then introduced to the classic flask process using the Champenoise method. After 44 months of yeast storage in a wine cellar, the Blanc de Blancs were hand-shaken and disgorged.
It impresses with its storage, fine pearls and complex variety of fruit flavors. Its slightly salty minerality gives it a sophisticated balance and allows it to cut a confident figure in any culinary environment.
