Planteray Rum Single Cask are limited, one-releases of double-aged rum. First aged in bourbon barrels in a tropical climate, they are then shipped by sea to further mature in French oak Ferrand casks in the south-west of France according to Planteray´s signature technique. The rums that make up this collection are further distinguished by a third maturation in specially selected casks that previously contained wine, beer or other spirits.
