Cuvée L'Impressionniste is our personal vision as wine-maker to associate Respect of Nature and a high quality wine. In order to perserve the quality of the soil we have chosen to cultivate on behalf of organic pratice. By keeping only a few grapes on each vine, we obtain fulle ripened fruits, which provides complexity and balance to our wines. By hand picking the grapes carefully, we minimize the risk of juice oxidation amd tje use of sulfites, which makes this wine to taste lively. The wine becomes stylish and reflect an integration of Depth, Maturity and Complexity.
