Cuvée L'Impressionniste is our personal vision as a winemaker to connect Respect for Nature and a high quality wine. In order to preserve the quality of the soil, we have chosen to cultivate on behalf of organic practices. By keeping only a few grapes on each vine, we obtain fully ripe fruit, which gives complexity and balance to our wines. By carefully hand-picking the grapes, we minimize the risk of juice oxidation and the use of sulfites, which makes this wine taste lively. The wine becomes stylish and reflects an integration of depth, ripeness and complexity.
