A winery with passion and perfection
Behind this fantastic wine stands the winery Pago Aylés, which owns more than 3,000 hectares of land – 50 of which are vineyards – located in Cariñena in northern Spain. With vineyards situated at 400-800 meters in altitude, the grapes benefit from hot summers and cool winters, providing optimal growing conditions.
The winery was founded in 1994 and has held the prestigious Vino de Pago classification since 2010 – a special designation for Spain’s most exclusive vineyards. Here, only estate-grown grapes are used, and all processes from harvest to bottling follow the most modern principles.
