Plantation Guyana 2008 Zebra single cask

Plantation is not afraid of the more experimental barrel storage. And it must be said that this "Zebra Cask" is a good example of that! The rum comes from Guyana, was distilled in 2008 and stored on the so-called Zebra Cask, which is composed of sticks from both chestnut and acacia wood. The cooper's alternate use of these sticks gives the dish a fun, candy-striped surface - and hence the name.
