Bodega Pago Ayles Aldeya Rose Spain

The Pago Aylés vineyard has more than 3,000 hectares of land, of which 50 hectares are vineyards. The winery is located in Cariñena, which is a good Spanish area where high quality wines are produced. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 400-800 meters, and the climate is characterized by hot summers and cold winters. The vineyards were planted in 1994, and in 1998 the winery was built. The Aylés winery has since 2010 been classified as Vino de Pago or D.O. Pago. This classification was introduced in 2003 by the Spanish Parliament and is not given to an entire area, but rather to individual vineyards / vineyards that meet certain requirements, one of which is that only grapes may be used in the wines. The owners have made this winery as a prestige project where money has not played a role. The intention is to produce the best that is possible in the region at all. Everything; planting, harvesting, fermentation, storage and bottling are done according to the most modern principles. The wine is mainly produced from Garnacha grapes (75%) grown in the Cariñena area, which is located close to Zaragoza in the northeastern part of Spain.
