In 2007, Frank Ward, a member of the family that owned Mount Gay Distillery for over 100 years, began producing Mount Gilboa, triple distilling it in McMillan pot stills, and ageing it in ex-bourbon barrels. We bought these barrels after the distillery was sold by the Ward family in 2014. This edition is the result of bottling the 19 oldest barrels.
