Long Pond 2005 STC❤︎E Cambridge Jamaica Rum 62,5%
Velier Long Pond Cambride 2005 is a Jamaican pot still rum, tapped by Velier for the series "National Rums of Jamaica", which focuses on the various "marks" produced at Long Pond. They all have different levels of esters – chemical compounds that develop during fermentation and dish storage and which have a major impact on the taste of rum. This rum, entably Cambridge STC<3E, is a reproduction of a rum produced at the now closed distillery, Cambridge. It has an ester content of between 550 and 700 in terms of grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol. It is aged 13 years in tropical climate and is tapped by respectable 62.5% alcohol, without sugar or dye.
