Plantation Panama 2008 is a rum made in classic Central American style. It is fermented on molasses and distilled in column stills before a long aging, first 12 years in a tropical climate in bourbon casks and then with Plantation's finishing touch: one year in cognac casks in Cognac.

The rum is bottled at 45.7% alcohol and no added sugar.
