A richly sherried Highland Single Malt whisky, matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at natural cask strength, as was the custom before the turn of the 20th century. Batch eleven presents bramble and treacle toffee on the palate, developing into lingering nutmeg and maraschino cherry.
