Dybt inde i de østlige højlandsbakker har The Glendronach Distillery stille og roligt perfektioneret modning af sherrytræ siden 1826. The Glendronach Revival
Deep in the east Highlands hills, The Glendronach Distillery has been quietly perfecting sherry wood maturation since 1826. There founder, James Allardive, built his distillery in the Forgue valley and named it "Glendronach", which means "valley of the brambles" in Scots Gaelic. Here, he discovered the rich depths of sherry wood maturation, marrying Scotish spirit to spanish cask.
Little has change over the centuries, Glendronachs craftman using the same iron mash tun, wooden washbackand copper pot stills as their forefathers did. Dedication to the mastery of Glendronachs craft is unyelding, as epitomised in this iteration of The Grendronach Revival 15 years old. Matured in fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks from Andalucia in Spain, this luxuriously sherried Highland Single Malt Scocth Whisky present deep notes of dark fruit, rich chocolate and manuka honey, with a enveloping, memorable finish.
