Glenfarclas sherry cask V 1986 53,8 %
Glenfarclas is one of the few remaining Scottish distilleries still in family ownership. The distillery collects the water used in the distillation in a small spring that springs from the Benrinnes mountains. The combination of the very clean, soft water and the completely unique shape of the pot stills contribute to Glenfarcla's unique style. Jim Murray writes in Lademann's Whiskey Book about Glenfarclas: "I hope their name reaches far and wide - their malt should be experienced by anyone seeking liquid beauty."
