PRICES:
All prices are incl. VAT and applicable charges. We reserve the right for out-of-stock items, typing errors, vintage changes, tax changes and for price and currency changes coming from outside.
PAYMENT:
When purchasing/ordering from the website, you will be contacted via your email regarding payment.
Payment can be made with Dankort or bank transfer, use of gift cards is not possible.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
When you have placed your order in the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail.
ORDER PROCESSING:
As soon as possible after we have received your order, you will be contacted regarding payment, and we endeavor to send your order no later than the day after receiving payment.
DELIVERY:
We use PostNord/GLS's packaging requirements and their rates.
The price depends on whether you want delivery to your home address, company address, or choose to pick up at the nearest post office.
Where shipping costs depend on weight and location, it is free to pick up in the store at any time.
MISSING GOODS AND COMPLAINTS:
If you discover defects and/or damage upon receipt of the order, please contact the store no later than the first business day after receipt.
