The Domainde du Pavillon, in the heart of Pommard, vinifies over 18 hectares the greatest appelation of the Côte de Beaune with unconditional respect to the biodiversity, Since vintage 2018, the estate has been certified organic, which allows to delive deeper onto expressing the terroirs in more balanced wines.
