It is the taste and smell of Danish summer. This elderflower gin liqueur is distilled with hand-picked, organic elderflowers from Svaneke on Bornholm, as well as Bornholm Mosteri's elderflower juice.
The gin has a slightly perfumed aroma, just like when you smell elderflower in full bloom. In addition to elderflower, it is dominated by juniper and elegant notes of citrus and a fine sweetness in the aftertaste.
