Sloe Bertha´s - A warming tripple made by infusing wild sloes with Bertha´s Revenge Gin. Sloes grow naturally in the wild across Europe, and are traditionally picked when they ripen in the late summer ane early autumn. We then steep in Bertha´s Revenge Gin for several months and add some sugar syrup at the end to sweeten.
A bit like a good dog, Sloe Bertha´s is a welcome companion when taking to the great outdoors over the winter. A few sips of Sloe Bertha´s will renew flagging euthusiasm when cold, wet and watching a match from the sidelines.

Bertha, A legendary Droimeann cow from Sneem, CO. Kerry, died in 1993. At 48 years of age she becamethe world´s oldest cow, having given birth to an eye-bulging 39 calves over her lifetime. To immortalise her memory, we brought her back in spirit - Litterally! Using they alcohol from the Irish dairy farmers, our own natural spring water and oncorporating and interesting mix of locally foraged and sustainably sourced botanicals, we hand-craft a gin reflecting Bertha in her prime.
