Tenuta Tignanello is located in the very heart of Chianti Classico with 319 hectares between soft hills and valleys, of which 130 hectares are planted with vines. Two of the house's famous and beloved vineyards, Tignanello and Solaia, are located on the same hillside in soils rich in limestone and slate. Here, during the growing season, the grapes benefit from warm temperatures during the day and cool evenings. The house's two signature wines of the same name, Solaia and Tignanello, come from here and are widely recognized as some of the most significant in the entire history of Italian wine.
