Tropical ageing: 11 years in Bourbon-cask
Continental ageing: 4 years in Pierre Ferrand Cognac Cask
Further maturation: 1 year in Swedish Mackmyre oak cask.
Strength: 41,5%
Nose: Delicate, the nose starts with oaky notes, then it becomes floral with honeysuckle and spicy with cinnamon. Finally cooked berries appear in the background.
Palate: Rich and elegant, there is a fruity mouthfeel with grapefruit, coconut, guava and almond with touches of white pepper.
Finale: Long and quite dry on guava, lemongrass, banana and berries.
