Valinch & Mallet is a young Italian independent bottler that specializes in single cask bottles, bottled by cask strength and without chill filtration. Explanation of the name Valinch & Mallet:
Valinch; A tube to pull liquor out of the small hole in the barrel.
Mallet: A special type of hammer, often made of rubber and / or wood, which is used to hit the "stopper" of the barrel.
