This is an exciting old bottling from Panama. As with most rums from here, the distillery is secret. Here we have a really old rum from Panama, which has been aged in an old cracked bourbon cask. The Caribbean midday sun has gently and gently filed away the sharp edges of the alcohol and helped mature this rum into a deep, velvety dram that you can sit with for hours in front of the fireplace. preferably accompanied by a good cigar, or a piece of toast with a little blue cheese.
