Val De France Cider with Pomegranate
From the Brittany region of France, this traditional agricultural product is produced, made with a blend of special sweet and bitter apples. Unlike more common apples, these apple varieties are used exclusively to make cider/juices. They are specially selected because of their tannin-rich content. Each type of apple has its own unique flavor that either accentuates their sweet, bittersweet, bitter, or sour components. All the 4 juice varieties have apples as basic ingredients with the addition of delicate aromas that each give the individual variety its own distinctive character. Fresh and with gentle "sparkling" bubbles, it is best enjoyed chilled as a welcome drink, drink mixer, seafood, pasta or as an alcohol-free substitute for white wine at receptions and festive occasions.
